It seems like autumn was quite strange this year. November still has about 9 days but it's absolutely cold and like winter. so i decided it's the best for me to go out for a little walk and catch the last shafts of sunlight with my camera. Afterwards i took a cup of chai tea and my lates muffin- creation: regular muffin recipe, but i took applesauce instead of NoEgg and then i added some pieces of vegan chocolate, minced almonds and cruched almond biscuit (Spekulatius). Also on this picture are two pieces of my absolutely favourite (christmas) cookies: i'll post the recipe soon, maybe. (but they're with chocolate and small pieces of orange paring).
